SA170 report used in BI Production need to have Font Style as 'Arial' and Font Size '7', for standard look & feel.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

---

1) SA170 report need to be changed to font size '7' and font style 'Arial' for all sections.
2) The report also need to be checked for NEC Crystal Reports Standards and Client Requirements.

Resolution

---

1. SA170 report need to be changed from font size '11' to '7' and font style from 'Browilla New' to 'Arial' for all sections using the crystal designer tool.
2. The report also need to be tested as per NEC Crystal Reports Standards and client requirements.
3. Finally the report need to be placed in NEC infoview path IT > BMS > Production Folder for review and further action.
